SHIPPING:
Pay Pal
Please make sure your address listed on your Pay Pal account is the address you want your item(s) shipped to. Fashion Groupie Boutique only ships to the address listed on your Pay Pal account. Fashion Groupie Boutique is NOT responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address. Please ensure that your mailing address is correct on your Pay Pal account. If you need your item(s) shipped to a different address, please use the Contact form with your name and order number in the Subject line and type the shipping address in the box provided.You can also indicate a different shipping address on your Pay Pal invoice in the "comments" section
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Monday - Friday during normal business hours. US Orders take 3-5 business days not including processing times and holidays. International Orders can take anywhere from 1 - 3 weeks (not including Customs handling). Insurance is included on all orders up to $50. On orders over $50, insurance is optional but highly recommended. If you would like to include additional insurance with your order of over $50, please specify this by using the Contact form with the words "Insurance" in the Subject line. Please include your name and address in the box provided along with the item description. Please do this prior to placing your order. Fashion Groupie Boutique will give you the insurance rates. If you elect not to take out additonal insurance, Fashion Groupie Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items that are not insured.
Rates:
We have a flat shipping rate of $10.00 on all U.S. orders. Shipping is free on orders over $100.
If you need Express or Next Day Shipping, please email us at [email protected] for rates. Do not place your order online, We will send you a Pay Pal invoice for your order with the correct shipping rate.
We offer International shipping at flat rate of $25 for all countries.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
There are no refunds. We only offer exchange and/or store credit. Our policy lasts 7 days after you receive your item(s). If 7 days have passed since you've received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you store credit or an exchange.
To be eligible for store credit and/or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags still attached.
Please note, accessories, body suits, and swimwear are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
All returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your exchange is approved, you will be issuded a gift card for the amount of your return minus any shipping costs. If your return is rejected, the item(s) will be shipped back to you.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
